ESSENTIAL DUTIES
(Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.)
- Answers all incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner while following the processes and procedures set out in the DFC Auto Group, Inc. Standards.
- Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
- Takes detailed messages when calls cannot be completed including caller’s name, telephone number, time of call and information requested.
- Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Greets customers and directs to the appropriate person/department.
- Processes licensing documents as required.
- Stocks in all used vehicles, assigns stock numbers, updates register, creates dockets and posts into 180 and CDK as directed.
