Landmark Pharmacy in Kelowna, B.C. is seeking a full‑time Pharmacist to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and patient‑focused pharmacist who is friendly, detail‑oriented, and open to growing within an evolving pharmacy environment. Knowledge of Kroll and long‑term care is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate, including new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient‑focused care and medication counseling
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Deliver clinical services including injections and medication reviews
• Support pharmacy operations including dispensing and workflow management
