Full-Time Inbound Sales Agent (Hermosillo)

At our company, we collaborate with multiple clients, representing a variety of brands and assisting their customers. All calls are inbound, meaning the customer already has an interest in the product.

• Hard Sales : Customers are well‑informed about the product, often having seen an infomercial. These sales are almost automatic as the customer is ready to buy.
• Trial Sales : Customers are familiar with the product but might not know the purchase requirements, such as a trial subscription. The customer pays for a trial period, receives the product, and can return it for a refund if unsatisfied. These sales are slightly more challenging because they involve selling the subscription as well as the product.
