Enhance lives as a full-time Housing First Case Manager with Empower Simcoe. Your role focuses on providing support to individuals facing chronic homelessness within the County of Simcoe.
This contract position allows you to work up to 37.5 hours weekly until April 30, 2027. You will utilize your social services education and at least two years of experience in case management, demonstrating your knowledge of Housing First principles and psychosocial rehabilitation. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to aid individuals in independent living and community integration.
