Full-Time Global Remote Talent Recruiter

Ecom Operators is seeking a Full-Time Integral Recruiter to oversee the entire recruitment process from a remote location. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent for various roles within the company’s DTC brands, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding processes for new hires.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, extensive experience in talent acquisition, strong relationship‑building skills, and familiarity with digital recruitment tools.
