The Instructional Coach will serve all SECPSD schools and support first and second year teachers in curriculum implementation. Reporting to the Coordinator of Early Learning, you’ll engage with educators to provide curriculum, planning, and assessment support. The role emphasizes actualization of school improvement plans and data-driven instruction to improve student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to actualize Saskatchewan's core curriculum
• Mentor new teachers for instructional effectiveness
• Facilitate implementation of literacy practices
• Support data review and response strategies
• Plan professional development for faculty
Requirements:
• University Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
• Proven experience with instructional coaching
