As part of the Partner and Client Services contact center, you will provide essential support to brokers and financial security advisors regarding Beneva’s products. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills to address customer inquiries while adapting to various sales tools such as Fundserv and Advisor Center. Meeting call center targets and ensuring customer satisfaction are key components of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line support for advisors and brokers
• Assist with sales tools and technology inquiries
• Facilitate communication between sales partners and headquarters
• Maintain customer satisfaction and promote services
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree needed
