Duties
- Preparing sandwiches, breakfast items, daily/weekly specials
- General prep and station maintenance
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Monitor food inventory
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines and follow all menus and recipes provided
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and proper sanitation practices
