Full Stack Technical Project Manager

Prime responsibility includes successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the project Managing and leading a cross functional team with a good mix of developers, QA, Technical leads
Developing and Maintaining detailed project plan along with managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
Managing the work and responsibilities of the team members on the project team
Monitoring project progress and performance of the project and the team
Providing regular status reports to the management to ensure the project is aligned with the organization processes
To fully understand the organization process and ensure self and team adherence to the process
Managing the trainings for the team, if any, within the required timelines
