The Senior Staff Engineer is responsible for architecting, building, and operating large-scale distributed backend and platform solutions, as well as delivering full-stack work (Java/Spring plus Angular or React, as the product requires).
The person will also be responsible for setting the quality standard in testing (unit, integration, and acceptance automation) and in deployment (CI/CD, safe releases, and pipeline discipline); providing technical leadership; mentoring engineers; leading architecture and code reviews; and strengthening inner-source contributions to upstream repositories.
Required knowledge:
