Full Stack Engineer (Tungsten Automation Application)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend and frontend applications, including APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Build and improve responsive frontend interfaces using established design systems while ensuring performance, scalability, and usability.
• Develop business‑critical workflows supporting case management, application processing, lodgement, payment integration, accounting, document management, reporting, and search functionalities.
• Ensure high software quality through code reviews, automated testing, secure coding practices, dependency management, observability, and DevSecOps.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical design discussions, effort estimation, and architectural reviews.
