Full-Stack Engineer — AI Lab, Secure & Scalable LLM Apps

Roland Berger AI Lab seeks a seasoned full‑stack engineer to design and deploy reliable APIs, core domain logic, and integrations. You will work across Python backends, modern front‑end frameworks, and DevOps practices to deliver scalable systems from PoC to production.

You will also build UX‑focused front ends, ensure robust logging, monitoring and tracing, and implement responsible AI guardrails by design while collaborating with Generative AI engineers and DevOps teams in Lisbon.
