Full Stack Developer / Engineer (Lead)

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer to take on a Lead role based in Singapore. This is a founding engineering leadership position — you will be the anchor of our Singapore technology team, responsible for overseeing active blockchain projects, building and mentoring the local development team, and working closely with leadership across geographies to deliver mission‑critical infrastructure.

This role is both hands‑on and strategic. You will contribute code while simultaneously driving architecture decisions, managing developer resources, and ensuring delivery standards across projects.
