Full Stack Developer
About the Role
We are building a new team to deliver enterprise‑grade web applications for government and public sector clients. As our founding Senior Full‑Stack Engineer you’ll set the technical foundation, choosing the framework, defining standards and shipping the first set of projects end‑to‑end. This is a high‑ownership role for someone who has delivered client‑facing projects before and wants to lead from the front on technically solid, reliably delivered software.
What You’ll Do
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of medium‑complexity web applications for government and enterprise clients, from architecture decisions through deployment and handover.
- Set up reusable frameworks, project templates and engineering standards that the team will use across multiple client engagements.
- Translate non‑technical requirements from government stakeholders into clear technical scope, milestones and deliverables.
