Found Description
I am building a UK PropTech SaaS platform that automatically aggregates planning application data from all UK local authority planning portals. Property developers and land sourcers currently spend 3-5 hours per week manually searching individual council portals (there are 340 of them in England alone). This platform eliminates that entirely.
The MVP needs to cover 30-35 London borough councils, aggregate their planning application data (approved, refused, pending) into a searchable, filterable database, and present it through a clean web interface with saved searches and email alerts.
This is a commercial product with paying customers targeted from day one. I am not looking for a prototype I need production quality, maintainable code that a future technical team can take over and extend.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
