Full Reg Physiotherapist (Polyclinic / 5 days)

Work location: West

Work hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours.

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for patients independently.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and provide updates to referring physicians and relevant healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate recording and administration of patient‑related services.
• Adhere to established clinical, operational, and service quality standards.
• Practise within professional scope and seek guidance from senior clinicians or multidisciplinary team members when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient‑centred care and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
