PROFILE
This position is an integral part of the Operations Department, responsible for managing the full order cycle through accurate and timely order processing, validation, and customer service. This role will be doing reviews purchase orders against sales quotes, verifies customer information, pricing, discounts, and required documentation, monitors order status, and communicates updates or issues to customers, vendors, account managers, and internal teams. The role also supports accurate revenue recognition by ensuring order details are complete and assists with payment processing, receipts, and invoicing for completed orders.
