Fulfillment Excellence Lead – End-to-End Ops

Mattel Mexico City is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Supervisor MXCO to oversee end-to-end fulfillment, align with revenue and customer experience, and partner with Sales and Logistics. The role focuses on driving KPIs, improving visibility, and balancing priorities in a multi-channel environment.

You will lead a team, optimize order flow and inventory, and coordinate with planning, sales, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and stellar service for customers across Mexico and Central America.
