To act as part of the Fulfilment Team and ensure that all events are fulfilled and processed in accordance with company procedures. You will also work to ensure we deliver in a way to maximise profitability while maintaining or improving quality of our deliveries.
Key Objectives
Ensure all events are fulfilled and processed, issues resolved or escalated before delivery.
Source, onboard, and evaluate suppliers where required.
Follow operational process and procedures in line with internal and legal requirements.
Complete procurement process from raising and sending of Purchase Order to approving invoices.
Maintain sales responsiveness in line with the SLA.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Ensure fulfilment needs are met for courseware, exams, travel arrangements for instructors, and 3rd party providers.
