Responsibilities
- Ensure fulfillment of all police records orders from different customer platforms.
- Research various Law Enforcement Agencies’ websites for accident and/or incident reports.
- Perform data acquisition and validation following strict business rules.
- Compile and review records; demonstrate attention to detail and urgency.
- Acquire records from one or more public sources.
- Maintain, update and terminate orders through Order Maintenance.
- Maintain and update internal and client databases.
- Process and/or procure police reports online as part of order fulfillment.
- Verify order information using internet tools such as maps and lookup tools.
- Perform outbound calls to Police Agencies to update order status, data validation and gathering.
Qualifications
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree of any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills....
