YOUR ROLE

As the Field Technical Officer (FTO) Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate our FTO and VMS teams to ensure safe, efficient and compliant field operations across customer sites.


You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising daily field operations and team allocation

  • Driving safety compliance and conducting site audits

  • Monitoring quality of work and implementing corrective actions

  • Leading onboarding, training and performance development

  • Investigating incidents and managing risk mitigation

  • Maintaining accurate reporting and compliance documentation

  • Acting as the key client liaison for field service delivery

  • Coordinating with Branch, Operations and Technical teams
