Working Hours & Salary
- 5am-2pm (OT required based on production needs)
- New hires will start work at 7am first for training
- 4‑days of work, 1‑day off cycle (Inclusive of weekends & public holidays)
- Gross salary up to $2,700/month
- Prepare and measure ingredients according to standard recipes and production requirements.
- Operate industrial mixers and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Mix cake batters following specified procedures to achieve consistent quality.
- Prepare baking trays, moulds and pans for production.
- Monitor the baking process to ensure products are evenly baked and meet quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on finished products, including appearance, texture, and color.
