FT Facilities Tradesperson - Repost

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, Facilities, the Facility Tradesperson is responsible for maintaining daily operations including maintenance, repair and upkeep of equipment, building systems, components, furnishings and equipment at both Club Regent and McPhillips Station Casinos.

• Review all service requests for any particular requests that need attention for the day.
• Respond to requests for service, giving priority to urgent issues.
• Complete daily preventative maintenance checklists, including equipment and building logs/ checklists.
• Perform water treatment tests on specified systems, add chemicals, and complete log sheets.
• Conduct daily checks on all building automation systems (BAS), monitor for temperature, HVAC Roof Top Unit (RTU’s), and all other operating units to ensure they are running properly.
