FSQA Technician - Contract

The Opportunity

As a member of the Cappola FSQA team, the FSQA Technician monitors and analyzes data related to all Food Safety, GMP, HACCP and other Quality Assurance Program requirements to ensure they are consistently achieved, with a particular focus on the pre‑operational inspection and Environmental monitoring program. For the morning shift position the base shift is 3.00 AM to 11.30 AM (may change based on business requirements). The FSQA Technician is responsible for reviewing escalated proposed corrective actions and providing additional guidance and support as required. While operating in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment, the FSQA Technician must be comfortable analyzing large amounts of data and making recommendations to FSQA leadership based on findings.
