The Founding Head Trainer & Studio Manager will be integral to our FS8 Liberty Village location. You will guide daily studio operations, mentor trainers, and support membership growth initiatives. This role is all about creating an exceptional studio culture and thriving community connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive recruitment and mentorship of trainer staff
• Maintain high standards of studio cleanliness and organization
• Create inclusive member experiences and address feedback

Requirements:
• 450-Hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification
