• Initiate new data solutions and methodologies to identify process, test, and design improvement opportunities, specialized in UE_ROW & all quality index, Front End-PTS integration, and high-value-bits (PG2+) yield .
• Modeling, monitoring and aiming for tool performance benchmarking.
• Process equipment prognostics and process integration optimization.
• Identity test optimization opportunities for high product grade yield improvement.
