Job Description

Representing Fairmont Banff Springs through excellence in guest service. Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Front Desk. Lead, teach, coach and inspire colleagues while being committed to helping the hotel become one of the world’s finest heritage resorts.

Starting Rate

$29.43 per hour, increasing after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate would be $32.21.

Job Duties Include

• Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate Front Desk and Night Audit colleagues, supporting performance management and team development.
