The Clayfield is a new 102-room luxury boutique hotel opening in Niagara-on-the-Lake and part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt. Operated by Urgo Hotels & Resorts Canada, The Clayfield will deliver a highly personalized, refined guest experience grounded in calm luxury, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of place.

The Front Office Supervisor plays an important role in delivering seamless and personalized guest experiences while supporting the daily operations of the Front Office department. This role provides hands‑on leadership within the Front Desk and lobby areas, ensuring service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained.

Working closely with the Front Office leadership team, the Front Office Supervisor helps guide daily operations while supporting and mentoring Front Office colleagues in a luxury hospitality environment.
