Duties and Responsibilities
* Supervise daily Front Office operations including check-in, check-out, guest requests, and front desk activities.
* Provide guidance and support to Front Office Associates, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and procedures.
* Assist in handling guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery while maintaining professionalism and guest satisfaction.
* Ensure accurate processing of guest registrations, room assignments, billing details, and payment transactions.
* Monitor arrivals, departures, VIP guests, special requests, and room status coordination with other departments.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth guest operations.
* Assist in conducting shift briefings, team updates, and daily operational alignment.
* Monitor Front Office reports including occupancy updates, guest feedback, cashier reports, and operational concerns.
