Luxury Lodge based in the Great African Rift Valley, Tanzania is looking for a Front Office Manager to oversee all guest reception, reservation management and daily administrative operations.
Duties
- Cultivate relationships with guests, handle special requests, and resolve complaints.
- Train, schedule, and manage the front desk and concierge staff.
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and rates to maximize lodge occupancy.
- Oversee billing, cash‑ups, switchboard operations, and daily reporting.
- Ensure smooth, efficient, guest‑focused Front Office operations at all times.
- Achieve budgeted room revenue and upsell targets in collaboration with Revenue and Sales.
- Maintain and improve guest satisfaction scores and online reputation related to Front Office service delivery.
