Hyde Melbourne Place is looking for an experienced and operationally driven Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Front Office operation, ensuring seamless service delivery, driving guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive team culture. You will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable moments for guests while supporting and developing your team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading, mentoring and developing the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences;
- Overseeing all Front Office operations including reception, guest services and night audit;
- Driving service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction targets are achieved;
- Managing team rostering, labour costs and productivity;
