Front Office Excel Developer (Toronto)

Insight Global is looking to hire a Front Office Excel Developer to join a Capital Market's trader tool team for one of the big 5 banks downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate is an Excel wizard, with a keen interest in capital markets, IRD, and a passion for continuous learning. In this role you will work with the IRD Trading Desk, supporting the building of Excel-based tools, pricing sheets, and workflow automation using modelling, VBA and Macros in a Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. The position is primarily on‑site 4‑5 days a week downtown Toronto and will adhere to trading team hours of 8‑4:30PM.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience
• Advance/Expert Excel skills, including VBA and Macros
• Basic Python knowledge
