Under the immediate supervision of the House Manager, the Front-of-House Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest possible level of customer service from all Front-of-House staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring all aspects of Front-of-House operations and correcting any deficiencies or problems that may arise.
• Participating in the recruitment and training of Front-of-House staff.
• Supervising Front-of-House staff during performances and other NAC events.
• Ensuring the efficient delivery of customer service.
• Liaising with various other National Arts Centre departments.
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment.
