Front of House Manager

A well established wine farm with a Restaurant, are looking for a trustworthy, reliable and proactive Manager to assist this busy establishment.

Role Includes:

• Managing the Chefs in the kitchen - ordering, food cost and staff
• Managing the Front of House staff - training and hands on training
• Guest Relations - build excellent relations with guest, suppliers and visitors

If you have experience within the hospitality industry, a solid understanding of Front of House management and passionate about customer care, we would like to hear from you.
