Front Line Technical Representative

Position type: Hybrid. Location: Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of various factors.
• Document and route technical requests to the appropriate business unit.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using available data.
• Compute and analyze repair data for reporting.
• Coordinate with Product Support Engineering team to resolve customer concerns.
• Analyze and interpret all EHS practices and standards across the site, including proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure safety and well being of self and others.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
• Basic understanding of aircraft interior components and layouts.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
