As a Frontend Tech Lead, you will be part of the Global Custom Software Solutions team, contributing to the development of PPG’s core Digital eCommerce and LeadGen platform. In this role, you will lead the frontend technical direction of the team, ensuring high‑quality implementation of scalable, maintainable, and performant web applications.
Location: Wrocław / Brno / Barcelona
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
A strong focus on accessibility (WCAG compliance) is essential to ensure inclusive user experiences. As Tech Lead, you will also mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and support continuous improvement of the development process. You are expected to make effective use of AI‑assisted development tools as part of your day‑to‑day workflow.
