Front Desk & Resident Experience Concierge

Livensa Living is looking for a Receptionist in Madrid to create an exceptional experience for students and guests. You'll be the face of the residence, managing reception operations, resolving queries, and maintaining strong relationships with residents.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum B2 level in English, be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, and possess a passion for customer service. Previous experience in reception or hospitality is an advantage.
