Responsibilities
Engage with clients on a daily basis, handle client queries, and solve problems for members.
Meeting and showing prospective clients the various features and benefits of Function.
Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential clients.
Active management of trainer and client schedules.
Handle all communication – including phone/text/WhatsApp.
Cash and billing management and data entry.
Supervise support staff and ensure branch cleanliness and maintenance.
