Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, provide assistance, and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer and screen phone calls, direct calls to the correct personnel, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Manage calendars, book meetings, and coordinate appointments for staff and clients.
- Sort and distribute mail, make copies, file documents, and perform data entry.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized, monitor and order office supplies, and coordinate with maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- At least College Level/Diploma
- Computer Literate
- Good Communication Skills
- With Pleasing Personality
- Willing to be assigned in DREAM TOWER, LIBIS QUEZON CITY
