- Manage appointment scheduling and respond to client inquiries efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the reception area
- Handle client records, forms, and other basic administrative documentation
- Receive payments and issue official receipts as needed
- Coordinate with staff and the Area Manager regarding schedules and client concerns
- Monitor, update, and maintain daily appointment logs and reports
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned
