In BYD we are looking for our next Fresh Graduate Automotive Analyst to support the automotive sales and service teams by providing technical expertise during the pre‑sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct BYD dealer and competitor service store secret visits, regularly providing research findings.
- Support the definition and presentation of service packages, warranty options, and maintenance programs.
- Promote the improvement of sales service and verify the closure of identified issues.
- Responsible for PDI and after‑sales issues and follow‑up, facilitating rapid implementation of improvement projects.
