French Speaking Central Reservations Agent (Barcelona)

Job Summary

We need an experienced and knowledgeable fluent French speaking Reservations Agent to join our Central Reservations team based in Barcelona. As an experienced Reservations & Groups Executive, you will be confident in dealing with people, experienced in handling multiple reservation channels with special focus on the Groups business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all reservations (individual & groups)
• Follow-up and conversion of bookings in accordance with budget
• Negotiate group quotes, cancellations, and upselling
• Manage billing, deposits, PMS and payment
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients & agents
