Job Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen and assess candidates.
  
• Follow up with candidates through calls, emails, and text messages during the onboarding process.
  
• Guide candidates on onboarding requirements and first-day readiness.
  
• Extend offers and complete end-to-end hiring activities in Workday.
  
• Update client systems with candidate interactions and hiring status.
