French Fashion Support Consultant (Part‑Time, Onsite)

Concentrix is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant to join our Barcelona team onsite in a part-time role (20 hours/week). You will handle incoming calls via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other alerts, and resolve user demands within SLA.

The role requires native French and fluent English, plus good knowledge of Windows and MS Office. You’ll participate in regular team meetings and receive fully paid training to grow in your career.
