Freight Supervisor

Job Description

1. QA-Audit Function for Freight Forwarding Operations.
2. Evaluate Company standard procedures and suggest best practices for the latest trends in the freight forwarding industry.
3. Recommends measures to avoid occurrence of incidents related to freight forwarding operations.
4. Investigate incidents of claims, delays, and other non-conformance to freight forwarding procedures, rules, and regulations.
5. Coordinate with person in-charge/concern, review documentations, confirm actions, validate reports and records on the incident.
6. Write detail audit report on the incident and recommends measures to avoid same problem.
7. Check and follow-up required actions, monitor compliance, and periodically evaluate measures and procedures (internal/external).
