Position: Planning Executive
Salary: up to $3500
Working Day: Mon-Sat | 9am-5.30pm | 9am-1pm (Alt Sat)
(one week of night shift: 5pm-1.30am)
Working Location: Alps Ave (nearest MRT Changi Airport)
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and plan area for loading of shipment to optimum efficiency.
- Monitor the freight's progress and make sure all pertinent parties are informed.
- Closely collaborate with airlines on rate, tracking, and other inquiries.
- Developing, upholding, and evaluating the selling rate and purchasing from carriers and customers.
- Ensuring that every shipment is finished and lifted on schedule at the agreed-upon fee with the airline and the customer.
- Providing the team and stakeholders with a progress report and profit/loss figures.
- Managing tenders and RFPs.
