**Position Overview**:**Main Responsibilities**:- Oversee Freight Payables Department functions to ensure payment accuracy and timely payments to carriers per contract terms.
- Assist in maintaining business data related to all freight invoice processing, including new carrier setup and general ledger account code master tables.
- Obtain approval for special moves outside contracted lanes through AETCs or Spot-Buy Exception Logs.
- Perform auditing and reporting functions for all Nissan Divisions, including:- Production/Manufacturing Freight Invoices for Smyrna, Canton, and Decherd Plants.
- Air Charter and Expedite Freight Invoices.
- Nissan Export Center.
- Field Quality Parts Service.
- Corporate/Headquarters Shipments.
- NTC-Farmington Hills.
- Remanufactured Parts Shipments.
- Processing of weekly Invoice Payments, SAP/Treasury Postings, Intercompany billings, and month-end journal entries.
