Responsibilities:

Monitor, coordinate, and manage import and export seafreight shipments from booking to delivery/completion.

Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders, and coordinate with DSV origin/destination offices and agents.

Ensure timely dispatch of shipment documents, pre-alerts, and operational updates.

Receive, verify, and send documents to customers and brokers as required.

Open, manage, and finalize job files in accordance with SOPs and operational timelines.

Secure cost acceptance from overseas agents/vendors and ensure timely and accurate billing to clients.

Execute House Bill of Lading (HBL) in CW1 upon receipt of complete documents (export).

Prepare and submit manifests electronically to the Bureau of Customs or master consolidator (import).
