Responsibilities
- Independently support and advise customers and suppliers in the area of sea freight, handling both FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load).
- Manage, organize and monitor the entire sea freight transport process.
- Handle daily communication independently with customers, DSV offices, partners, subcontractors and carriers.
- Accept customer orders and check all shipment- and order-related data and documents.
- Prepare freight and customs documentation for sea freight shipments.
- Responsible for invoicing and checking invoices for services provided.
- Handle irregularities, complaints and escalation management.
- Coordinate and monitor customs clearance and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Assist in optimizing transport processes and contribute to improving efficiency.
