Emphasis on freight brokerage for ag commodities/hopper-bottom trucks. Base salary plus commission. Lower base means higher commission payout percentage, with the possibility of going on a draw and getting highest commission payout. No limit on income. Candidate who can bring business with him will be offered a signing bonus. Most interested in experience from the western US. Anywhere from none to extensive experience will be considered. Ideal candidate can bring business to the position. A candidate with no experience would still have to have booked freight as a grain merchandiser or similar; need to have a basic understanding of freight lanes and transportation. $40,000 to $70,000 base.
